Kristy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Athens State University. In 2024 she received her license from the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent giving her the ability to have unlimited representation rights before the IRS. Kristy also holds a Legal Transcription Certificate, Paralegal Certificate, Associate of Applied Science Degree in Accounting, and an Associate of Science Degree in General Business from Columbia State Community College. She is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA).
Kristy A. Clark has been associated with Edwards and Prince, P. C. since 2002 as a paralegal and accountant. She works closely with clients through the probate process and assists with estate planning, bookkeeping, tax preparation and tax representation.
Kristy is married to Jeffrey L. Clark and they have a son and a daughter, Jake A. Clark and Amanda A. Clark. Kristy enjoys camping and horseback riding in her spare time.
